Campus
Vishwa Sishya Vidyodaya is a perfect blend of style, aesthetics, and comfort. The campus has been perfectly planned to encompass academic, sports, and recreational facilities. The School has already earned the name 'Performing School', and houses aesthetically-built ventilated classrooms with wide corridors. The entire campus in now under the surveillance of 40 CC TV. There is an extensive well-laid playground for playing all kinds of sports and games, including basketball and volleyball. Swimming pool, indoor badminton, and table tennis courts are also available for regular sporting activities.
Library
The school has a huge library where the students and staff have easy access to newspapers, magazines, reference books, dictionaries, encyclopedias, general knowledge, biographies, fiction, and CDs, etc. Easily-accessible shelves with newspapers and magazines are placed on the corridors also. More and more titles are added every year. The school has a Wi-Fi-enabled computer system for online references. Our online library portal helps us to keep a track of the books the students borrow.
Laboratories
“What you do is what you learn” goes the motto of the laboratory in Vishwa Sishya Vidyodaya. The School provides some of the most basic facilities to its students in the form of well-equipped and well-maintained laboratories for Science – Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, and Social Science. The students are guided to use the laboratories regularly and effectively for all their learning.
There is a computer laboratory with 30 latest computers with LCD monitors. All the computers are networked and Wi-Fi enabled. We follow the Techno Kids curriculum that includes over 50 technology projects comprising meaningful activities.
Smart Class Rooms
All classrooms are digitally-enabled and equipped with ‘Next Education’ Smart Classroom Solutions. Classrooms also have the scope for the traditional chalk and talk method of teaching. Today’s children are exposed to a myriad of topics and subjects. Left with few options, they are forced to memorize everything and reproduce it accordingly during examinations. Keeping this in focus, a breakthrough digital teaching aid has been developed to assist the educator to teach better, just as it enables the pupil to understand better. The students will find their lessons much more interesting and easier to comprehend with the audio-visual mode of curriculum transaction.
